Order delivery and cancellation

Since your convenience is our priority, we confirm each order with our customer service team within 24 hours of submission.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact usfor better service instead of contacting the shipping company or our Facebook pages.
We will track the delivery process and contact you within 3 days if your order is delayed or rejected.
If you encounter a problem with your order after receiving it, please contact us
for appropriate action.
Please note that official working days are Sunday to Thursday. Friday, public holidays, and vacations are off days for all employees and shipping companies.

 
 

Delivery schedule

We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, excluding Fridays.
Our delivery schedule is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
You’ll receive a text message from the shipping company with the cash on delivery (COD) amount and contact information for the delivery representative when your order is ready for delivery.
